








SOLAR PV POWER PLANT SYSTEM OVERVIEW :
The Solar Photo Voltaic Power plant will supply electricity to the factory LT Panel converting DC Power to AC Power by using inverters. The output of the Inverters Power will be synchronized. The plant will operate automatically and will be controlled by a microprocessor-based control system. The power to be generated from the power plant will be fed into the LT panel of factory through elaborate evacuation system comprising of Control Systems and Instrumentation Systems, Copper Bus Systems etc.
Reliability of any grid connected plant is mostly depending on the configuration and functioning of inverter, interfaces of the inverter with grid and the way in which the inverter detects the islanding situations in the case of grid failures for taking corrective actions for isolation from the grid.
Solar Resource
A high average annual GHI is the most basic consideration for developing a solar PV project. The higher the resource, the greater the energy yield per kWp installed. It is expected that during the assessment of site will have the GHI as 5.0 to 5.5 kWh / m2 / day.
